Before arriving in the Bahrain I was based in Hong Kong, producing video content for corporate clients, sports agencies and video production companies from around the globe.
A lot of these jobs involved conducting interviews with C-Suite Executives, Heads of Departments, Sales Managers, Board Directors and so on. Making sure these individuals got their messages across effectively was part of the production process. This was often without the use of a teleprompter and always under strict time constraints.
It became such a big part of my work that I developed a media training course called Recording for Business to help people prepare their talking points, remember scripts, look good, sound good and execute the on camera segments effectively.
